The use of a big kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, cutlery & crockery etc.
Shared lounge with sofa, TV, DVD & sky with all channels including sky sports.
I'm looking for easy-going, tidy, professional, and considerate people.
All facilities and bills are included in the rent. Bus stop just outside the house for those who don't drive.
The double room is for £135 per week, which includes all bills and is paid weekly in advance.
