The house also has a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. So no need to worry about dryer your clothes in communal areas.
There is also a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener in the summer months.

The house is a Victorian terrace house with a garden which has table and chairs and a shed.
There is Hi Speed virgin fibre broadband, which is unlimited.

The location is brilliant, it is walking distance of lots of amenities, such as supermarkets, theatre, pubs, restaurants, uni campus, bus stops a plenty.
The property is also walking distance of the town center and Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
With free on street parking outside.
I'm a live out landlady. It is a short walk to the bus and train station, London is a 55 minute train ride away. This house is situated in the desirable southside area of Aylesbury. It's close proximity to the A41 and wendover road.
