Looking for a new lodger. I’m a live-in landlady. Large double room (double bed, wardrobe, sofa and armchair) in a large 1920's house 8 mins walk from town centre. The room is newly painted in brilliant white, making for a light and airy feel to the room.

Need to be adaptable, mindful of the needs of others, to communicate effectively, and to be clean and tidy.

Not suitable for people working from home (co-working space down the road). We recycle and care for the environment.

Shared bathroom with one other person.

The home is comfortable, homely and unpretentious.

There is also a quirkily shaped single room, with bright white walls. Available at £600 a month.
