Rooms in Relaxed Quiet Home:8 Double+Single

I’m an older live-in landlady with a large double room (double bed, wardrobe, sofa and armchair) in a large 1920's house 8 mins walk from town centre. The room is large and has a light and airy feel to it.

I'm looking for someone friendly (quiet or outgoing) and adaptable, mindful of the needs of others, able to communicate effectively in English, and clean and tidy.

The house is not suitable for people working from home (co-working space down the road). We recycle and care for the environment.

The shared bathroom (with one other person) is next to the room.

My home is comfortable, homely and unpretentious. I hate a messy kitchen!
