We have a very large double attic room in lovely victorian house with high ceilings and loads of space, a great garden, cellar and small garage. Room is fully furnished.

Room available 1st January, on the third floor, privately separated from the rest of the house with its own landing.

Living with two others in a friendly house share. Close to all amenities in Aylesbury.

10 minutes walk to Aylesbury station and lots of bus connections. 2 mins walk from 24 hour supermarket.

We are looking for a tidy, friendly and positive person to share our home with.

3 floors, 2 bathrooms one with bath, 1 recently renovated shower room and toilet, 1 utility room plus downstairs toilet and large living area.
