I am looking for a professional person to share my home.

I have a single room for rent with the use of the house, and all its facilities including Broadband internet. All bills included excluding telephone.
The room has a single bed, Double Wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.
The house is in a quiet residential area, with gardens and off road parking.

There is a pub/restaurant, a takeaway Chinese & Fish and Chip shop also a Tesco Express close by. Is walking distance to Fairford Leys Village that has restaurants and a gym. And is just five minute drive or local bus to the town centre.
Haydon Hill benefits with many cycle or running paths.
