Lovely flat, close to town, Morrisons and the train and bus station. Looking for a clean, fun and friendly person to move into a good sized double room. I'd like to find someone that's respectful of the house but also feels comfortable enough to treat it as their own.
Kitchen is a good size with large fridge and freezer, all utensils included, washing machine but no tumble dryer or dish washer.
Front room is big with a large and very comfortable L shaped sofa, blu ray DVD player (playstation) Sky, Sky Movies and Sky Sports, which can be viewed in the room with Sky Go.
Ideally someone that works full time, fun, can have a laugh and can keep things clean.
Deposit not required. Would also consider Monday - Friday rental.
