For short term let only - until end of September.

I have 2 x double rooms available in a friendly grade 2 listed cottage, both furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawrs etc.

All rooms have access to freeview tv point and there is unlimited BT Infinity NO usage limit or charge throughout the house.

Only 5 mins walk from the town centre, 10 mins from Stoke Mandeville Hospital and train station.

Kitchen includes washing machine, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave with fan oven, independent fan oven and gas hob, toaster (!), plus all shared kitchen equipment you would need.

There is a separate bathroom with power shower, a shared lounge area and a small private courtyard which is totally secure for bikes etc.

We are respectful, quiet, clean, friendly, and relaxed. I live in the property and take care of all cleaning in shared areas.
