I have two double rooms available in a flat on the lake side.

I am looking for 2 professional Male or females to share this lovely flat.

You would have full use of the flat so additional storage is available so other items may be stored elsewhere.

There is plenty of parking available and the flat has 1 allocated parking space protected by a bollard. The area is quiet with a lovely view of the lake.

There is one bathroom that is shared by both rooms.

I have got WiFi in the flat and there is a TV in the living room connected to freeview. You are welcome to bring your own.

The kitchen is shared and it comes with white goods, pots/pans, cutlery etc.

Room 1 is a large double with a balcony and large built in wardrobe. £600 pcm.

Room 2 is a smaller double with a freestanding wardrobe.
