Brand New Attic Conversion

A brand new never been used attic conversion room. The room is part furnished and there is access to a shared living room with Sky TV. The bedroom has freeview with land line access but this is payable as an extra for the phone line. The house has super fast broadband with a shared kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The street has limited parking and is on a permit parking scheme from the council which is extra. Finally the new house mate must like dogs as I have a large weimaraner.
