We have a large garden with patio at the back of the property. This leads immediately out to a quiet side road with plenty of parking. We are 10 mins walk from the train station and town centre and Tesco. The hospital is 15-20 mins walk away.
The bills are all included in the rent.
The house is in a quiet residential area, a cleaner is provided (included in the rent) once per fortnight. The tenants are professionals who work locally.
BT infinity broadband is available throughout the house.
The garden shed can be used to store bikes.
