House is located at a very convenient location - very near to town centre, Aldi and Cambridge Close Shopping Park.

House has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.

Two double rooms and one single room are already occupied. One double room is available.

We are office going persons and would like someone who is a professional and can adjust in the house.

1 bathroom available in the house which is occupied from 7: 30 am to 9: 30 am. Would prefer someone whose working shifts are such that they don't need bathroom at this time during weekdays.

No loud music allowed at night (after 11 pm) please and no cleaner available - so need to keep common areas clean after use.

Microwave and washing machine available.

Security deposit (£360) + 4 weeks rent (£360) - total £720 need to be paid in advance and rent need to be paid every 4 weeks.

1 month notice period.
