Must like cats as I have 2 but their very friendly.
No bath but large shower cubicle with power shower, double oven, microwave, full use of all kitchen utensils and crockery.

I am a professional man who can work unsocial hours but likes good down time when not working, I enjoy having mates over from time to time but not a party animal.
