Double Room For Rent - Town Centre, Furnished

Hi!

I have a room available to rent in my flat. It is a furnished double room, the flat is in the town centre, and there is a shared living room and kitchen.

I'm looking for a non-smoking, professional female to share with an existing quiet, female tenant. Bills (gas, electric, broadband) are included in the room price.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, one bedside table, and a large wardrobe. There are two windows which makes the room nice and light.

The flat is at the back of the building which means that we don't get road noise and in fact the flat is very quiet in general.

The kitchen has an integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and an oven with a gas hob. Also there is a kettle and microwave, and ample cupboards.

The flat also benefits from having a good sized balcony accessible from the living room, which is nice to use in the Summer.

The flat is on the second floor of the building, and there is a lift for the days you don't fancy using the stairs.
