Character Cottage - Town Centre

The cost is £400 pcm

I am looking for a part time lodger, ideally 4 or 5 nights a week of any denomination
I am a shift worker so would welcome someone in a similar position who will understand
The room is a light & airy reasonable sized double with share of large lounge/diner and kitchen and bathroom
This is a small terraced cottage with plenty of character and appeal and access on to the canal within seconds

I tend to be quite active and would also welcome someone with similar interests and/or understandings!

There is a resident cat so if you have allergies this probably isn't the house for you, neither is it suited for you to bring your own I'm afraid

All bills included, wifi, Sky, hot & cold running water!!
