Good size double bedroom in house in Aylesbury

I am looking for a fun, sociable housemate from beginning of April. Up to now my friend has been living here but she is moving to London with work so looking for someone to move in and replace her on the contract. You would need to have a credit check to be added to the tenancy agreement as it is a rented property.

About the house:
Really big double bedroom, bathroom, large living area, downstairs toilet, open plan kitchen and small garden. Situated on the newish development of Aylesbury Quarter (a short walk from town). I have two cats at the property who are very friendly.

About me: 26 year old midwife. Enjoy socialising, quite laid back. Generally work mon-fri. Looking for someone likeminded to share a glass of vino and catch up from time to time during the week.

Room is a really good size (my friend is gutted she is leaving it!) and unfurnished so you can kit it out as you like!
