Hi, I have two double rooms to rent in a three bedroom home over three floors. Although the rooms available don’t have en-suite’s, they come with use of the main 'family' bathroom, I rarely use the main bathroom as I have a bathroom upstairs.

Room 1 has a king size bed (with mattress and duvet) with two small bedside table / lights either side. Fitted quadruple mirrored wardrobes, within the wardrobes are drawers. The room has a view over the garden. There is a TV point in the room if you wish to bring a TV. *TAKEN*

Room 2 has a double bed (with mattress and duvet) with one bed side table and lamp. Fitted large double mirrored wardrobes, within the wardrobes are drawers. There is a tv point in the room and a small TV with remote. There is also a small desk and chair. *AVAILABLE 07/08/22*

Fibre Optic Broadband and Wifi is available throughout.

I have a kitchen/diner, with Gas hob and electric oven, with a small (extendable) table to accommodate up to 4 people.

The front room is comfortable with Sky TV. There are patio doors that lead onto the garden and outside seating area.

Parking is available off street at the rear of the property.

House has intruder alarm fitted and CCTV.

It is a quite neighbourhood even though this is a fairly new housing development. Aylesbury Vale Parkway railway station is walkable, although it does have a station car park. A bus route also services the development into town and we have local amenities a short walk away.

I do predominantly shift work which consists of earlies, nights and weekends. I would ideally like a sociable flatmate that i can talk to. I ideally would like two females.

I have a long-hair cat called Luna who has free reign of any areas open to her.

My housemate Lo is on the same wavelength as me. We both love a catchup and get on really well. We both would prefer a female housemate as we feel a male may not understand our girlie needs and also the bmain bathroom is shared with Lo, however if a friendly male came along that we think would click with the vibe in the house and wouldn't mind sharing with two females then we're open to the idea.
