Easy going Flatmate required

I have beein in Aylesbury a couple of years and have a well furnished apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre.

Its in part of the new development which is just off the Bicester Road, Near the Volkswagen Garage. At the end of Putman street.

There is only me (Mark) living there. I have a single room on offer. It has a fully fitted kitchen, Washing machine, Dryer, Broadband. All bills are included.

I am preferably looking for males, as it just makes it easier, its a shared bathroom, walking around with just towel etc..

I am an easy going guy,. that tends to work normal office hours. Tend to watch the usual crap on TV. and Dodgy films

You can pay £80per week or £350 per month.
