The room is fully furnished with a king size bed (linen provided), double wardrobe, bedside cabnets & chest of draws. Digital TV with built in DVD player & broadband available in the room. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided in the room.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy so this would suit someone with similar preferences. I ask that shoes are left by the front door. I live in a friendly quiet community with lovely and therefore am looking for someone who would respect my neighbours when it comes to noise etc

Full use of conservatory for dining and relaxing.
