Lovely double room to rent in a pretty Victorian cottage with view of a field and trees from the back. It has period features, front and side gardens with plants, a back garden with lawn and plants and garage, washing machine, dishwasher. There is off-road parking. Beacon's Bottom is a small rural hamlet about 2 miles from Stokenchurch and junction 5 of the M40. It's 20 minutes to High Wycombe, which is on the main Chiltern train line to Marylebone, London, 5 trains an hour, 30 minutes typically.

I am a professional woman and I would like to share with a woman, preferably professional. I am friendly, clean, tidy and considerate. I'm generally quiet and peaceful at home. I like to go out to socialise and dance. I do yoga and play tennis. I love walking in the countryside, particularly as it is beautiful around here, in the Chilterns with fields and woods.

Stokenchurch has several shops, including a Tesco Express, and a hotel with bar and restaurant.

I am looking for a housemate who is also friendly, clean, tidy, considerate and quiet when at home, particularly at night.

A cat or a small to medium size dog may be welcome, subject to me meeting your pet!
