The current household has 1 female tenant and we're looking for two more to fill the other two rooms.
It's a lovely, homely flat that I will miss dearly.
It's a very quiet area, with the NFTS film school a 10 minute walk away.
There's a Sainsburys, GAIL's, M&S, Subway and the train station (with quick links to London) right on our doorstep. There's also a Waitrose and Morrisons about 5 minutes away, as well as the high street with lots of nice restaurants.
We have a single room for £466 (going up to £500 from May)
and a double room for £550 (going up to £600) after May.
Both are furnished but can be unfurnished if needed.
Deposit for the rooms are £596 each.
Our current contract runs out in May, after which you will be signing the new contract (potentially open to subletting till then.)
Bills are not included - they're around £30 - £50 in Summer months and around £70 - £90 in Winter.
