Double Room for Rent in Heart of Beaconsfield

I have one room to rent. It is furnished double room with a bed, chest of draws and built in wardrobe. The room has a good quantity of electricity sockets as well as a television point and you will of course also have access to the wireless broadband connection.

The house is located in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking (all be it on street). There are no foot paths through at the end of the cul-de-sac, so there really is no passing traffic or footfall except for residents of the road making for a lovely quiet place to live. Despite that, in less than 10 minutes walk you can be either in the old town, the new town or on the station platform for a short run up to London.

The house has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to a high standard with excellent kitchen and bathroom as well as 2 spacious receptions rooms. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There is also a downstairs toilet for when nature calls and the other bathrooms are occupied!

The house has a much larger than average garden which is always nice - especially in the summer! We've already enjoyed a few nice BBQs sitting in the garden, of course with a drink or two. BBQs are invariably a group activity involving everyone in the house...and not forgetting Jake - our lovely house cat!

Smokers are welcome...as long as they keep it to outside. I would prefer not to take pets, but I am happy to make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

The people currently living here are generally easy going and like to socialise. You would of course be more than welcome to join in as and when - having said that, there's still plenty of living space for you to have some time out if that's what you're after.

Bills are included so as not to result in an argument each month over every last penny. Rent can be paid either weekly or monthly - whichever is most convenient for you.
