Shared use of large kitchen, dining room, lounge, garden and driveway all in excellent order.

Would prefer female of similar age, but open to the idea of a couple or male.

Available from 1st March, but could make this earlier if needed

£700 per month all bills included.

I am a business owner at work a lot of the time, but friendly, sociable and easy going.
