Large double room available 1st sept

Hello!

I have a large double room available in Beaconsfield old town, furnished with double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is also room for some drawers/cupboard and a small sofa. It's not ensuite, but there are 2 separate toilets and I have a sink in my room, so you would effectively have your own sink, in the bathroom.

I am 33 years old, female, professional, tidy, considerate etc. I work full time Mon-Fri.

My present housemate is moving out at the end of Aug, so the room will be available from 1st Sept. The rent is £500pcm.

I have 2 cocker spaniels, who live indoors, so it's important that you are dog friendly. They are trained, extremely friendly and a little bit crazy. They don't bark, except at the postman.

The house is a 3 bed detached house with large garden in a very quiet area, next to Beaconsfield old town, with plenty of off road parking. The train station is a 5 min drive away and the M40 is 2 mins away.

I'm not in a rush to find a new housemate, it's more important that I find the right person. I like to have a happy, relaxed home, so I'm looking for someone who I will get on with and who is tidy and considerate and also fun!
