Located in Kingsbrook

I have 2 rooms available one is a single and the other is a double. 2nd Floor with a shared bathroom.

Good Storage space am including all bills

Currently have a small dog but would consider her staying at my mum's if lodgers not comfortable would be nice to share with someone who likes dogs and does not mind helping out if I am away.

Will have a paid cleaner once lodgers move in

For couples sharing the room there will be a supplement
