Large Single Room to Let in Bierton

I am a single mum of two and I have a large single Room (or sml double) to let in Bierton.

The room is ground floor, large single or small double with a shared shower/toilet opposite. The bedroom is currently furnished with bed, desk, shelves and wardrobe, but these can be removed if necessary. Use of upstairs bath and rest of the communal areas are allowed.

Bills (including broadband) are included with the exception of the telephone.

As we are an all female household with small children I would prefer another female, and prefer a professional non student. Due to small children, guests are only permitted by request in advance as my daughter gets scared of strangers.

I have an old collie and I am open to pets being allowed (subject to extra deposit), although no cats as I have a dog who chases cats.

The house has excellent links to London, Oxford and MK.
