I have a double and a single room available in my 3 bed house in Bletchley.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet and large built-in wardrobe.

The single room is furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet, build in cupboard / wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

All bills are included, including council tax.

Wifi is included.

You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen and dining room / study area.

There is a washing machine and a dishwasher available for your use.

The house has easy road access to the A5 and the M1.

Bletchley Station is a 15-20 minute walk, as is Milton Keynes College (Bletchley Campus) and Bletchley Park.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the local centre where there are some shops including Tesco Express, a fish and chip shop and a kebab shop.

There's a bus stop near the local centre, and another about the same distance in the other direction.

The 2-car driveway is currently occupied by my car and my existing lodger's car. There's additional communal parking nearby.

No smoking please.

I would consider renting either room out at a reduced rate for Mon-Fri.

No couples please.
