Hey! I am a single 46F with two teenage kids (15Yr/18Yr) who live with me a week on week off (so house is kid free half the time)

Our passions are card gaming (we regularly have saturday night socials with games and ur welcome to join in), firepits, music, paddleboarding, wild swimming, walking, gym, pottery painting and baking chocolate fudge cake (a lot)

Our nine year old friendly cockerpoo dog 🐶 lives here too and loves giving everyone cuddles. We have 4 chickens in a back yard coop and you can buy fresh eggs

Our house is comfy and cosy and feels like a home.
The kitchen/diner provides two seating areas, a chaise longue, dedicated storage for you to keep food/pans, dedicated fridge/freezer for you, microwave, electric oven and grill, gas hob, kettle and toaster. There's plenty of cupboards for storage

There is a downstairs toilet and living room also on the ground floor

The single bedroom space we are offering is on the first floor. It comes with a double bed with tempur mattress and cover, large open style wardrobe with shelves and rails, side table, light and blind. There are some smaller display shelves on the walls
Directly next to the room, is a bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and Jack and Jill style sinks - almost an ensuite, and all yours when the kids are not here

Our garden is a fantastic quiet space for chilling out with friends - a deck with table and chairs, a sunken fire pit and a hammock area, all planted up and maintained

We have household Virgin broadband/WiFi you can use for no extra fee, and Netflix

There is a park nearby (5 minute walk) as well as many many walks on our doorstep at furzton lake and Emerson valley, a local one stop convenience store, pubs/restaurants within 10 mins walk and a post office
There are several take aways at Emerson Valley (10 minute walk), BP petrol station with M&S (2 minutes drive away) and located just off H8

Bletchley Town centre offers many shops and a train station offering direct trains to London. There is free parking in the street just next to our driveway. Tesco and Asda are the nearest supermarkets

We are easy going, friendly and will be as involved with you as you want us to be!

We tend to congregate in the kitchen around dinner time, sometimes playing games after or just chilling to music. It's an easy going vibe

We welcome viewings any time

We are looking for female lodgers ONLY please, over the age of 24, who can bring a fairly mature attitude to shared living. We are all responsible for cleaning shared areas and everyone is expected to do their bit to keep the place tidy! This is not a house where you can be super messy - we like things mostly in order ; )
