Friendly professional looking for a flatmate

My name is Annamaria, I am a friendly, pet lover girl who's looking for a flatmate with similar lifestyle. I work hard, I am a beauty therapist and have my own business run in the house. I have a dog and a bunny.
I have a spear room which is a big double. Room is half furnished, but can be unfurnished/furnished based on the preferences.
The kitchen is on the same floor as the room, the bathroom is upstairs which we both going to share. Even though the house is big, I am looking for only 1 person so you don't need to share with more than 1.
The garden is big and you can use for socialising.
Personal hygiene is important to me and should be important to the one who will live with me. Also you need to be an animal lover as the dog is living in the house.
