Two weeks deposit plus first weeks rent in advance is required to secure the room. SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.
Each room has got their own key lock for privacy.
The house is located in Lakes Estate. Good access to many bus stops, local shops are only 15min walk.
Street parking is available on quiet road.
The house is newly refurbished, modern, very clean, tidy, warm and very well looked after so I am looking for a respectful, polite and clean person to join the house.
The modern kitchen is newly installed with new Microwave/ oven, additional oven, dish washer and new fridge/freezer to share. Newly installed very clean shared bathroom.
Unfortunately there is no access to garden and Livingroom
If you are a tidy, quiet and respectful professional, non-smoker contact me for a chat as it would be great for the similar person to join my house. We have 6 month old baby in the house.
