Single room in large Victorian House, in Bletchley

We are away on holiday till the 25th Sept so will not be processing any applications till the end of the month.

We have available, a single room in our five bedroom House of Multiple Occupancy. The property is just off the Bletchley high street, close to all the amenities and the local sports center.
We are looking for a professional single person who has had experience of sharing a house with other young people and is prepared to share the responsibilities.

We would consider a student if suitably funded, as we have had many in the past. We are ten miles from Cranfield Uni.

The room is on the ground floor and looks out to the west, into the garden. It is a small room with a single bed, with storage. It has a wardrobe and a chest of draws as well as an original built in cupboard.
The house is very popular and rooms do not stay available for long so please provide some background to your current situation, when making an enquiry.

We currently have two females and two males living at the house. All are full time professionals. Two have been resident for over 5 years.

The House is licenced with MK Council and the landlord is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association.

All bills are included in the rent. High speed fibre internet.
