1 double room to rent in nice friendly shared hous

Hi all
I have a double room to rent in my 3 bed home.
As you can see it’s currently used as an office so the desk and the grey sofa will come out to make way for your double bed.
Happy to get rid of the wardrobe if you want to replace with something that matches better (and take with you when you leave)
I have a nice shared bathroom with a walk in shower.
2 friendly chihuahuas and a cat also lives here!
This is the first time I have done this and I am used to my own space so it must work for both of us,
I work from home 9 to 5 so you would need to be working in an office for space reasons during the week.
I generally don’t do a lot in the week I am a home body, work, gym and tv and bed early! Weekends I do sometimes like to have the girls over in the garden bar so you would need to be quite outgoing or happy for me to do this and expect music (just on occasions)
Most of the time I am quite sensible though so I am looking for the right balance.
Must be clean and tidy and we must get along :) I’m very easy to get on with.

Lots of parking on the front drive

Location 5 minute walk from Bletchley train station
5 minutes to fenny Stratford Resturants etc

All bills included
Sky here too. You would need to sort the tv in your room though.
The main thing here is to have a house mate you can be comfortable around but also respect that it is my home and my life I am sharing and I’m sure we will have a great time !
