I am looking to rent out a double bedroom at my home to a nice and friendly professional.

It is a nice , neat and quiet house. My Family has relocated to India earlier this year but me & my family travel frequently between Uk & India.

Its a 5 bedroom house and I am ok to rent one or two room to friendly professional , Open for both male & female..

I will rent out furnished and rent will includes all utility Bills except council tax which I will check & confirm.

I am flexible with tenancy so can consider short term, long term or Mon to Fri let for the right person.

For Couples - We need to discuss and agree on rent. Rent advertised is for single occupancy only.

House is Located at Thirsk Garden, Milton Keynes MK3

7 to 10 mins walk from Local Bus Stop, and Local shops
10 mins drive from CMK station or 5 mins from Bletchley Train Station.

Free Parking in Front of House

DOUBLE ROOM

Room has single bed but can be upgraded into double
Room has Double Wardrobe.
Can provide a table and Chair as well
Shared Bathroom and Kitchen.
Internet and All utility bills included ( except Council tax- this is to be confirmed)

Rent is 675 per month. Deposit and reference will be required. Rent is for single occupancy only. COUPLES are Welcome too. Rent to be discussed and agreed for couples.
