You will be shearing the house with 3 other European Friendly professionals (x2 guys, x1 girl) between 25-45 years of age and a super friendly, cute dog. Barney is a 11 month old hypoallergenic Cockapoo.

TENANT:
We look for a friendly professional, Female or Male, with good cleaning after themselves habits and with respect to everyone in the house and the property itself.
Someone who is looking for a long-term place to stay would suite perfectly as it’s a great place to live and is well looked after by the people living in the house. You need to be working and be able to pay your rent on time without been reminded of. Responsible person with good common sense towards everyone.

RENT:
All bills are included in the rent.
