Double room in 3 bedroom house

Hi :)
We are looking for a lodger to share the house with the current lodger and me (landlady, mostly away due to work, stays in some weekends.)

Happy to consider the Mon (Sun) - Fri stay with a lower rent.

We are tidy, friendly and working full time, so ideally looking for the same or a mature student.

The room currently has a double bed, this can change to a single bed & a small table if requested. (Extra storage can be arranged too.)

Located in a quiet residential area, 7 mins drive to Bletchley station and 15 mins to central MK.
The closest bus stop is Knaresborough Court (8 mins walk).

-Reference needed. No couple, smoker or pet (sorry.)
-Weekday quiet hours: 10 p. m. - 7:30 a. m.
- Small room with double bed and storage (bigger than / similar to double door wardrobe, behind grey curtains in the photo).
- Shared space is spacious enough for working / laptop use. Study may be accessible to use on weekdays.
- £500 per month including bills, based on full time on-site worker. To be negotiated for higher rent if WFH or part time.
- 3 bedroom house with a shared kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden, patio and off road parking.
- Shared bathroom
- Current lodger: male, British in his early 40's, working 9 - 5 (including some weekends).
- We have unlimited WiFi but it is not broadband.
- Shoes-off house (slippers can be provided)
- I clean / maintain the house in the weekends, including the rented rooms.
