Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Looking for a clean and respectful professional (or mature student) please.
-Reference needed. No couple, smoker or pet (sorry.)
-Weekday quiet hours are between 10 p. m. and 8 a. m. currently.
- Small room with double bed and storage (similar to double door wardrobe, behind grey curtains in the photo).
- £500 per month including bills.
- 3 bedroom house with a shared kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden and off road parking.
- Shared bathroom
- Current lodger: one friendly professional male in 40's, working 9 - 5 (including some weekends).
- I am the landlady, staying only in weekends and mostly away mid week due to work.
- we have WiFi but it is not broadband.
