Double room available in Bletchley

Happy New Year! Looking for a clean and friendly housemate, professional / mature student please. I am a single lodger currently, male in my early 40's, office worker 9 a. m. - 5 p. m. including some weekends. The landlady (in her early 40's) is mostly away mid-week due to work. She cleans / maintains / stays in the house on some weekends.

- Location: Far Bletchley, quiet residential area. Close to Chestnuts Primary School. 7 mins drive to Bletchley station. 8 mins walk to Knaresborough Court bus stop.
- Reference needed. No couple, smoker or pet (sorry.)
- Happy to negotiate rent: Discount for Mon (Sun) - Fri lodger / Higher for WFH
- Weekday quiet hours are between 10 p. m. and 8 a. m. currently.
- Small room with double bed and storage (probably bigger than or similar to double door wardrobe, behind grey curtains in the photo).
- £470 per month including bills. We have strong WiFi which is unlimited use but it is not broadband.
- 3 bedroom house with a shared kitchen (spacious for the laptop use etc), living room, conservatory, garden, patio and off road parking.
- Shared bathroom
- Desk/study area available during the weekdays.
