Double Room With Own Bathroom

Hi, my partner and I are looking for a Monday-Friday tenant only. We have had several tenants previously. Our house is only 5 years old so it is in very good condition. The room is on a middle floor as we have a town house, it consists of a double bed, bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a shower room next door to the bedroom solely for your use. The price is inclusive of bills but you will be expected to do your own food shopping etc. There is parking right outside and broadband is available in the shared living room.
