The low rate is to compensate as the house is on the market to be sold.
Once sold (which might take a while) it often takes 6 months to go through. There will be people viewing the property for a while and things kept neat in readiness. Once sold the viewings will desist and life will be peaceful until moving day.

More about the house. It's a large furnished double room available on a quiet street in Far Bletchley. The room is bright, always warm and has plenty of storage.

Rent includes the furnished room, shared use of living room, kitchen and bathroom, and a lovely sized garden too. Utility bills, broadband, Sky TV & Netflix (both in living room) are also included. Personal telephone calls on the landline are extra, and sometimes chipping in for loo roll, dishwasher tablets and if you drink it, milk, tea and coffee every now and again.

Transport & amenities: The number 28 bus stops on the street & the 4 a few streets away, so there's easy access to Bletchley or MK centre with transport links from there. There's also a space on the driveway so you can park off the road.

There is a Co-Op & small Tesco within walking distance or a big ASDA/Sainsburys/Tesco a short drive or bus journey away, or you can be lazy and order on-line like me. On naughty food days there is a great Chinese takeaway and a chippy down the road.

Requirements from tenant: Please NO smoking of any substance. I'd also really appreciate help keeping the place clean and tidy. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

About me: I'm a live in landlord, a friendly Yorkshire lass, professional & non-smoker. On nights after work, where I have no plans, I usually just crash and trawl NetFlix, so we could have a film night or you can ignore me completely, it's up to you:)

I am away alternate weekends visiting my boyfriend, and vice versa. Hopefully, you like pets as I have a male ginger cat. He's my responsibility but if you're happy to put food in his bowl now and again he'll love you for life.
