Mon to Fri let available of a double room in my 3 bed home in Bletchley (MK3) Will consider full time let for right candidate.
The house is located in a quiet and friendly residential area just off Sutherland grove.
The room is furnished with a double bed, tall boy,
chest of drawers, and built in cupboard.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED (COUNCIL TAX & BROADBAND TOO)
Bathroom, kitchen diner available for use with allocated space in the fridge/freezer and cupboards along with the use of washing machine.
I live in the house and looking for someone who is friendly clean and easy to get along with.
The house is in a great location for commuting 2 miles from milton keynes train station and 1.4 miles from Bletchley train station. The property has easy access to the A5 and M1 with busses running regularly from the bottom of the road.
There are local amenities a few minutes walk away (Takeaways, local pub and tesco metro)
The room is available on a monday to friday basis, minimum term 6 months at £450pcm, deposit required upfront. No couples or DSS please.
