I have a double room to rent - spacious room, newly decorated with a new laminate floor and absolutely stunning views, ready for a professional lady (ladies only please) to make their home. Sharing with me - creative professional female in my own home. Large home clean but lived in, cosy, calm, creative, happy and welcoming environment, with all mod cons, two toilets, loads of space, living/dining room, creative spaces, garden and patio, friendly neighbours. £600 pcm including bills. Would suit a professional female 30plus, with a creative profession or interests. You would love it here. I have a tiny (not smelly) and loving little dog so would not suit somebody who is allergic to pets. Tons of woodland walks right on the doorstep.
