I have a beautifully refurbished, fully furnished single room available with a small-double sized ottoman bed.

The room has a fitted wardrobe with 4 drawers, a parcel shelf, short and long hang and a full-length mirror and there is a bedside unit and lamp and another unit at the end of the bed.

There's a bedside double socket with 2 x USBs and two other double sockets in the room as well.

You'll share a beautifully refurbished bathroom and have use of the kitchen and dining room.

Parking is available on the street (the M40 J4 is only 2 mins drive) and shops, food outlets and a post office are only a 5-minute walk.

When I'm at home (sometimes I spend time away), I work from home and my cat is in residence too so you must be cat-friendly, understanding of cat behaviour and considerate of home-working. I also have one other lodger who’s been with me for over 12 years and works shift work so sometimes gets up very early.

Rental is subject to an in-person interview (I'm available for interviews immediately) and a satisfactory work reference.
