wardrobe space and draws/unit .

Use of kitchen and renters own fridge/freezer.

Your own parking space in large drive.
Also five minutes walking distance from the train station and bus stops.

All Bills included, with Netflix and Disney.

Female and references please.
No home workers or
smokers and no heavy drinkers.

Just landlord living in.
