Renting Monday/Friday-
or 7 days a week .

I am renting out a double bedroom with a tv
(with fire stick… Disney and Netflix also on it)
Also in the room,
wardrobe space and draws/unit .

Use of kitchen and renters own fridge/freezer.

Your own parking space in large drive.

Also five minutes walking distance from the Bourne end train station and bus stops and all the local shops, pubs etc.

All Bills included, with Netflix and Disney.

Female and references please.
No home workers or
smokers and no heavy drinkers.

Just landlord living in.
