Me and my partner are looking to rent our spare bedroom in our 2 bedroom flat. The room has It has its own separate bathroom. Communal kitchen, living room and balcony also included.

We do have a pet cat who is very friendly but only really likes women. Because of this we are ideally looking for a female tenant.
