Double bedrooms available in luxurious huge home

Furnished large double bedrooms available in luxurious recently refurbished relaxing tidy home. Large shared living room, dining room and kitchen. Looking for friendly and tidy professional housemates. The house is quite easy-going and friendly, therefore I'm not interested in having a lodger who will use the house as a bedsit. :o)

It'd be great to have a housemate that are also big into exercise. I do triathlons and the other lodger runs.

The price includes all bills (i. e. council tax/gas/electric/water/broadba nd) and a weekly cleaner. To keep things simple I also buy shared amenities such as toilet paper, tooth paste, shower gel etc.
