Large Double Room - New Bathroom

Hi,

I have a 3 bed house in Linden Village, Buckingham, and looking to rent out a room, Mon-Fri..

Room - Large bedroom, with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Window looks on to a green, in a quiet area of Buckingham. Carpets are new (at Nov 2019). There is a shared bathroom (new at Sep 2019). Bills are included.

Rest of the house - There is a large living room, kitchen and garden. There is a small bedroom (3rd room) that can be used for storage if needed.

Myself - I am 26 and work as an accountant in St Albans. I am around a few of the days of the week. I am quite down to earth and easy going.

Looking for - I am fairly open on who I am looking for, student or professional. Ideally I am looking for Mon-Fri, but could be open to the full week for the right person, but rent may be adjusted.
