Double room with bathroom in Windsor park

Looking for a female housemate who is friendly, tidy and thoughtful.

I'm a primary school teacher living on my own. I do work from home a lot in the evenings so I'd like a housemate who respects this. This is my first house so i am a little bit precious about keeping it clean and tidy! (I'm not obsessive about though!)

Room available is double and has a bathroom next door to it. Bedside tables and chest of drawers available in room but there is no bed so you'd need to be able bring your own. Garden is a good size and there is parking for 1 car. 20 minute walk into town and 5 minutes from Tesco. Broadband and bills included.
