Large double bedroom available for Monday to Friday let in a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse.
The house is 15 mins walk from the town centre and university, near the large Tesco's. Parking is available off road if needed. Easy access to Milton Keynes and Aylesbury all of which are within 20 minutes drive, or an easy bus ride from outside Tesco.

The room comes with a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobe with lots of hanging space, TV, and lounge chair. The room is at the rear of house overlooking the garden, and gets plenty of afternoon sun. Shared use of family bathroom is included, while bedding, towels and cleaning provided.

You will have shared use of a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge, and garden, while access to internet is also provided.

The let would suit someone working or studying locally who wants a clean modern room.
I would prefer someone who is clean and tidy, either a mature student or professional.
Woman or man – no preference.

Must have own mobile phone as use of landline is not included. Rent paid monthly in advance.
