I have a lovely three storey town house. It has four very large double bedrooms and it is in the best location in Buckingham being only less than a 3 minute walk from uni and 5 mins from the town centre.
The bedroom is Approx 6m x 6m And is furnished with modern IKEA furniture including a sofa.
Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
Open plan sitting room/dining area and kitchen.
It has a garden and off road parking plus a garage for storage and an extra fridge and freezer.
I am looking to keep this house as an all female occupation as requested by current students.
I am a fully licensed landlady and have lots of references from happy tenants. I live only 20 mins from Buckingham and I’m always on hand to sort out any problems should they arise.
