Private Top Floor Of 5 Bed House Available

My wife and I are looking at renting out our spare bedroom for a short to mid term let. We have had recent success with a SpareRoom tenant we hope to find someone again who is just as great!

We moved into our new house 18 months ago and live in a small estate in Buckingham overlooking a play park and river. It’s a 5 bedroom, three storey house with the idea being that the top floor including double bedroom, bathroom and lounge will be used by the tenant. (Although we may want to join you in the lounge occasionally as the TV is great)!

A bit about us - I’m 28, a sales manager for the company that built our house and my wife is 30 and a secondary school maths teacher. Both very much into fitness and love to get out into the countryside at weekends.

Will be a very relaxed household with full use of all facilities. Price to include all bills and utilities.
