The room available is a large double room furnished with a wardrobe, large chest of draws and a bed, so currently furnished but can be unfurnished if required. The flat is spacious, with one shared bathroom and Kitchen. I charge a flat rate rent of £500 which includes bills, broadband and sky TV.
We have a big garden and there is free parking out front and a garage.
