Hello, I need to find somebody before I leave next week, ideally handing over keys on the 25th of January.

Looking for a tenant from February 1 through end of May and maybe longer. (I am working overseas but back in June, however have a second residence so I’m flexible about the length of stay)

I have a little self-contained annex on a gated property in Gerrards Cross, parking space but also a 15 minute walk to the train. I’m abroad for a job starting next week so I’m looking for someone to rent it for that time. It might be available longer than that as I have a primary residence in Central London

It’s fully self-contained, 2 story, furnished, Superking bed, central heating, parking space right by the door, all bills, internet and council tax included £1200 a month. There’s a private garden with BBQ out back opposite a wooded area so you’re completely secluded.

There is a shower room and a kitchen with stove, fridge, separate freezer, microwave and coffeemaker.

Couples welcome but unfortunately no pets.
